We get inspected every 3 years for compliance to gas code and for safety of our work. You should always deal with contractors that are licensed and regulated by T.S.S.A. , that way if the work done is not up to standard you can have something done about it through T.S.S.A. which is the regulatory body that issues or revokes licenses in our field, also imposes heavy fines for non compliance. Always get a second opinion and minimum 3 estimates ; do your own research. It is easy nowadays with the Internet.
